  • We’ll have a discovery call where we’ll discuss what you’re looking for and how I can help you.
  • Once we know we’re a good fit, we’ll have a 30 minute audit kick off session where we’ll go through some set questions, for example we’ll look at your customer personas, which platforms you’re on, whether you’re running paid ads etc.
  • I’ll then go away and review your accounts with a fresh set of eyes and feedback expert advice that helps you successfully grow and take your social channels to the next level.
  • I’ll let you know all the things that you’re smashing as well as any areas of improvement. I’ll also provide you with key recommendations and quick wins that you can implement straight away.
  • The report is provided in PDF form but we’ll also have an online or face to face session (location dependent) to run through all my findings - as well as giving you any opportunities to ask me any questions!

We can do all discovery sessions online and once the audit is complete I can send this over to you on PDF and run through it with you on Zoom. However, if you’re in Manchester I can come to you to run through my recommendations.

I would recommend that we look at all platforms at the same time so that we can ensure you’re smashing it across all your social media channels.

Depending on how many platforms I’m auditing, my process takes one to two weeks.

Not necessarily. Within our kick off audit discovery call we can decide whether you want your data analysed and if so I will need to log in. BUT if I’m just auditing your posts, captions, hashtags etc then I don’t need to log in.

We will start with a kick off audit discovery session where we’ll discuss your overall social media strategy which will include your objectives, your audience personas, what you’re hoping your tone of voice to be there. 

If you have this as a written strategy doc, it would be great to have it beforehand but don’t worry if you don’t as we can discuss this all in our call.

A PDF with all my recommendations as well as a call to run through my findings which will give you an opportunity to ask any questions too!
